HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
West Hills Shooting & Training Facility Hold Harmless Agreement, Waiver & Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, & Indemnity Agreement must be signed each year for every participant and spectator at the range.
You print, sign and bring with you to the range, or the Waiver will be provided to you upon check-in at the range. Please note that it is two pages.
