October Fun Trap League - Mondays in October
NFI CCW Renewal Class by Evan, Saturday, October 18, 8 to 5
Glenn and Surrounding Counties, 8-Hour CA+ 32 State Weekday CCW Renewal Course, 10/18/25, 8AM-5PM, West Hills Shooting & Training, Artois- $149 + $25 Range Fee
The class will meet at the West Hills Shooting & Training Facility, 8 AM-12 PM, break for lunch, then return to The Artois Fire District to finish the course from 1-5PM.
The qualification will take place with each firearm listed on the CCW permit. Please bring firearms and 100 cartridges for your primary handgun and 50 cartridges for all others you wish to list on your CCW permit. You will qualify with each gun from 7 yards into a round target about the size of a standard paper plate.
RANGE PACKING LIST
Each handgun you want to include on your CA CCW
One hundred cartridges for your primary firearm and fifty cartridges for all others.
Eye and Ear Protection
Folding chairs (optional) for breaks and relaxation on outdoor ranges.
Baseball cap (or other brimmed caps) closed-toed shoes. No V-necks or tank tops, please.
Snacks and drinks, if desired
Completed documents are attached above
Hand towel
Sunscreen if needed

FRIGHT NIGHT ARCHERY SHOOT

The newly formed archery club, ARTOIS ARCHERS, is hosting Fright Night Archery Shoot. Saturday night, October 25th. Gates open at 6pm. Shooting starts at 7pm. Black lights. Glowing targets. Glow sticks. Got luminocks? Intense fun! Yaya's Taco Shop will have food available.

Your instructor, Evan Bohan, will be teaching you how to sharpen your skills on the range.
He will go over topics such as speed shooting, shooting on the move, reloads, walls/barricades, multiple target engagement and other important handgun skills. This is the perfect course for someone who is new to practical shooting and wanting to learn more!
