Annual Fundraiser - Honoring the brave Veterans

Join Members of the West Hills Shooting and Training Facility at this amazing fall fundraising dinner to benefit the West Hills shooting range! The location is at the Willows Elks Lodge, 150 South Shasta Street, Willows.

This year we are honoring Veterans. A reduced price dinner ticket for all Veterans is $75. 

Non-veteran tickets are $100.

Included with ticket price is a catered meal and one individual year-membership to the range. Don't worry if you are already a member you can gift your membership to someone else or add to the next year. 

There are a variety of tables with different incentives. 

The Freedom Table is $2,000. It includes 8 dinners, a family year-membership to the range, 1911 Handgun, and Raffle Tickets. 

The Patriot Table is $1,776. It includes 8 dinners, a family year-membership to the range, a Home Defense Shotgun, and Raffle Tickets. 

The Reagan Table is $1,200. It includes 8 dinners, a family year-membership to the range, a Firearm drawing that is exclusive to this table only and Raffle Tickets.

There will be games and raffles, with a chance to win local gift items as prizes, as well as a variety of firearms. A dessert auction will feed your friends and family, and put you in a drawing for a special firearm! Beer, cocktails, and appetizers will be served when the doors open at 5:00 pm. Dinner will be a buffet beginning around 6:30 pm. The dessert auction will immediately follow dinner. Games with chances for firearms will be happening all evening with a live auction to conclude the event. 

All the profit will be used to continue the development and building of the West Hills Shooting and Training Facility located at the west end of Road 33 in Artois. The range, when complete, will have a pistol bay, a training pistol bay, a 100-yard rifle range, an archery range, three dedicated trap fields, and one skeet/trap combination.
